What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and money orders. We do not accept personal checks, all personal checks will be destroyed and the sender will be contacted. You may purchase a Visa/MasterCard Gift card that can be used just like a credit card at our store, please register your zip code with the gift card company to pass the address verification system.

How do you ensure product quality and satisfaction?

We get new shipments of product throughout the week. We inspect and discard product based on manufacturing guidelines. In addition, our products are stored in an environment where the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled.

Is there a required minimum order?

No, we do not require a minimum order.  However, we do recommend trying a variety of products to find the right e-cigarette for you.

Why is your product so inexpensive?

Please don't confuse inexpensive with poor quality.  We are the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for all Ecig Central logo products.  Because we are the manufacturer, there are no distributors or other companies involved.  We also sell large quantities of products to our customers all across the United States. This allows us to receive all of our products at a better price. All these factors save you money.

Is an e-cigarette safe to use?

My answer would be that many of my customers believe e-cigarettes are a better alternative to cigarettes.  The e-liquid that is vaporized is not combustible, contains in some cases nicotine, vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol and other flavorings.  A  cigarette contains thousands of chemicals.  E-cigarettes are growing in popularity, but are not approved or regulated by the FDA.

Can  e-cigarettes be used as a smoking cessation program?

We cannot make any claims as to whether or not a switch to e-cigarettes will help you quit smoking.  We do offer different varieties and strengths of nicotine to allow you to decrease your nicotine intake over time.  Many of our customers have switched entirely to e-cigarettes.  We do offer e-cigarettes with 0% nicotine.

Are e-cigarettes cheaper than manufactured cigarettes.

You bet they are.  Let's assume a  smoker uses a pack a day, with a cost of roughly $5-$7/day.  The cost of e-cigarettes vary, but assuming regular wear and tear and e-liquid expense the regular e-cig smoker will spend $1-$2/day.  This is a savings of $120-$180/month.  Want to save some money????

How long do e-cigarettes, batteries, clearomizers and cartridges last?

 Please review each product for details.  All products are different and all e-cigarette smokers are different.

Should I use a different clearomizer for each e-liquid flavor?

We highly recommend using different clearomizers for each flavor.  Even if you have used all the liquid in the clearomizer, it will still contain some liquid in the tank as well as on the wick.  Some customers pick clearomizer colors based on liquid variety.  For example, pink with strawberry or cherry, blue with blueberry, yellow with banana or pineapple.  The exception would be if you replace one flavor with a similar or  flavors that pair well together.  For example, chocolate with everything.  Apple with cinnamon.  Banana with strawberry and so on.

What is an atomizer?

Simply put, the atomizer is the heating element in the e-cigarette that heats up the e liquid.  The battery sends a charge though the heating element that heats up the e-liquid. This in turn creates the vapor that allows you to inhale. The atomizer usually contains a wicking material and the e liquid.  The atomizer is then screwed/attached to the battery creating a complete e-cigarette.

There are 2 ways for the e-liquid to get into the atomizer. The liquid can be manually dripped into the atomizer as you would see with our CE4 model or it can be self contained(cartridge) similar to the EZ Cig or BLU products.

NOTE: The atomizer is also called the clearomizer because you can see the liquid as you are using the e-cigarette. This is what we carry.

What is a "Store Credit"?

Store credits are funds made available to you by Smoker's Outlet Online for use on our website for future orders, in place of actual monetary reimbursement.

These funds are issued in certain situations where you have agreed to receive a store credit, such as:

  • Product lost or missing from your shipment
  • Change made to an order
  • Cancelled order
  • Over-payment

How to use your store credit:

You may use your store credit by checking the “USE STORE CREDIT” checkbox during the checkout process.  This is located above the payment information section.  This store credit will then be applied to your balance due for your order, prior to charging your card for the remaining cost of your order.  You may also use your store credit when placing your order by phone. Please mention to the Customer Service Representative that you would like to use your store credit.
